Every Sunday morning, the people of First Baptist Church gather to cook breakfast, teach Sunday school, greet first-time guests, sing in the choir, learn, grow, and worship together. The most important part of this tapestry of Christ-followers is you. Join us in serving God together.
Hospitality
Serve alongside the Hospitality Committee in cooking food for church events, decorating the Fellowship Hall, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
First Impressions
Join a team of church members in greeting people on Sunday mornings, welcoming them into our worship space and serving as a guest services liaison for first-time guests.
Safety Team
Help us to make sure our church building is safe and secure during worship services and other events. Safety is a priority at First Baptist.
Music Ministry / Sanctuary Choir
Sing in our sanctuary choir, play an instrument, or sing a solo on any given Sunday! There are a variety of ways that you can use your musical talent to the glory of God.
Children’s Ministry
From the nursery to fifth graders, from Wednesday nights to Sunday school, we have a variety of opportunities for you to be trained to serve our children in their walk with Christ.
Youth Ministry
Youth in middle and high school are at a really important part age as part of their spiritual development. If you know how to work with youth, come and be a part of our growing youth program!
Video Production / Sound
First Baptist Church streams worship services on cable television and Facebook live. Don’t know anything about technology? That’s alright. Our tech nerds will gladly teach you!
